What makes us different?

We are a small family run business, with Country values.  Cassie has lived in Portland for over 25 years, and her husband Alan is born and bred in Portland.  Cassie will be supported in the office by her children, so we have good family values and aim to make you and your family feel like you are a part of our family.

We understand that not everybody has the time in their busy schedules to arrange appointments during business hours.  We are available for appointments outside the normal business hours (either in the evenings or on weekends) by prior arrangement, and will even arrange for appointments out of the office if your circumstances do not allow for you to attend our office (eg. you reside in aged care, but need to attend to signing documents).

If you are living interstate or are overseas, we can cater for remote signing of documents and will arrange to correspond and liaise with you through email and virtual or telephone appointments.
