 When purchasing we provide a no obligation free review of Vendors Statements and proposed Contracts of Sale before you sign to make sure that you understand your obligations and any restrictions that may be on the property.

We can assist you with your stamp duty calculations, and advise on if you will be eligible for any stamp duty concessions, exemptions, or refunds.

We will also liaise with your banking institution regarding your requirements, and will make every endeavor to make sure that your bank is prepared for a smooth settlement.
We understand that when purchasing a property (whether it be your first home, you are downsizing or upsizing for a growing family, or you are investing in the property market), a purchase of property is exciting, and scary all at the same time.  We aim to make you feel safe and comfortable with your purchase, and will guide you through to settlement. 

When you decide it is time to sell your home or property, your real estate agent will ask you for a Section 32 Statement (Vendors Statement).  This is a Statement containing all the information in relation to your property (Registered Title Search, Property and Planning Certificates, Rates Information, Building Permits and Reports, Notices, etc.), and must be given to a purchaser prior to a Contract of Sale being signed.  We can assist you in having this prepared in a quick and timely manner.

Once a sale is negotiated on your property the Agent will provide us with a fully signed copy of the Contract of Sale, or details will be provided to us so that we can prepare a Contract of Sale on your behalf.  We will advise you of your obligations, and liaise with any financial institution and other parties involved in the transaction so that your sale is settled smoothly.  We will also make sure that any purchase of another property is aligned with your sale of property (if you require), so that you can move into your new home on the same day.
